PA (Public Assistance) Tools was developed to help States, Local Governments, Special Districts, other Eligible Political Subdivisions and Eligible Private Non-Profit Organizations (Public Assistance Applicants or Sub-Grantees) recover from disasters in the United States. PAToolsUSA saves time and shortens the “learning curve” for PA applicants by showing examples of spreadsheets and templates for keeping the documentation FEMA and the State must have in order to release PA Grants to PA Applicants.  PA Tools make disaster recovery faster and more efficient
